central location helpful staff convenient storage

the location was central (right in the heart of everything). it made getting around very easy. the staff was helpful with storing luggage both before check-in and after check-out. this made exploring the city much more convenient.

The location was excellent , close to the train station. The staff was helpful and friendly . I appreciated that they offered complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. Luggage storage was available after checkout , A BIG plus.

The room's bathroom was quite small , I noticed. The sink was particularly tiny. The elevator was also small , it was difficult to fit multiple people with luggage.

small refrigerator excellent location

the hotel is close to the railway station and shops. the room was clean and suited my needs well. a small refrigerator was available. the location is excellent with easy access to transportation.

the bathroom was small. it seemed like the toilet and sink were inside the shower area. everything got wet after showering.

the staff provides detailed directions for after-hours check-in. i received clear instructions for accessing the building and retrieving my key card. this made my late arrival very straightforward.

the room included three single beds creating ample sleeping space. a kettle was available i collected tea and coffee from the lobby. the beds were comfortable providing adequate support for rest.

Travelers have several options for public transport to the hotel: Trains I and P take about 30 minutes, the Finnair shuttle bus also takes around 30 minutes, and public transportation buses 615 or 415 take approximately 45-60 minutes. Tickets for the bus can be purchased on board, while train tickets are available from machines at the terminal. All transport terminates at Helsinki Central Railway Station (Rautatieasema/Elielinaukio), which is less than a ten-minute walk to the hotel.
